We Only Consider the name of an Ebacket account holder as the owner of and the client of the product(s) which has been ordered from the respective Ebacket account. You should not request any changes in the name of the owner while delivering the product (i.e.: Motor Bike/cars, apartments, lands, etc.)
Ebacket retains all kinds of authority to ban/cancel/freeze/unfreeze your account(s) if they think it should be done so. Ebacket is not bound to provide the balance amount (of cashback) to you if your account is blocked/banned. Any kind of balance paid by you through Bkash/bank/cash would be refunded to you within a reasonable time period. Please note that it may depend on the calculation of your total payment vs the cashback you received and used.
Delivery Timeline
Ebacket has 3 delivery types. Fast Delivery will be delivered to customers within 2-3 workdays. Regular Delivery will be delivered to customers within 3-7 workdays. Campaign products will be delivered to the customers within 7-30 workdays. Delivery could take longer than mentioned timeline, customer should agree with this delivery timeline.
Refund and Return
If Ebacket failed to deliver any product in the delivery period time, Ebacket can refund the same amount in the customer’s wallet if the customer pays via a wallet or if he/she pay via other methods Ebacket will return it to the same method. Ebacket holds all authority to refund any processing order at any time. Refund against any order will be processed in 10 workdays (government holidays, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc.).
OTHERS
Stock availability: The orders are subject to the availability of stock.
Delivery Timeline: The delivery would possibly take longer than the standard timeframe/line to be followed by Ebacket. Delivery may be delayed because of disaster events that incorporate, however, are not restricted to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc.
Cancellation: Ebacket retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion before dispatch and for any reason which can embrace, however not restricted to, the merchandise being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing misinformation or description arising out of technical or literal or for the other reason.
